Domino’s Pizza

Project included construction of a ground up steel framed 2,057sf Domino’s Pizza retail center. Outlier self-performed the concrete foundation and sitework. Preparation for future phase 2 was included in the project. Exterior stucco, storefront and custom siding contributed to the unique architectural design of the structure. Interior tenant improvements per Dominos standards were included in the build. Project was completed on time and on budget.
