2-Acre Commercial Complex

New development of 2-acre commercial complex. Included construction of 2 retail locations, Starbucks and 7-11 (including Fueling Station). Worked closely with owner and City of Medford to insure minimal interruption to local residents. Project completed on time and on budget.
