At Outlier Construction, we believe great construction goes beyond the buildings we build. As a locally owned commercial construction company in Medford, Oregon, we’re committed to strengthening the communities we serve through community outreach, local partnerships, volunteer work, and charitable giving throughout Southern Oregon.
Our team actively supports organizations, schools, nonprofits, and community initiatives across Medford, Ashland, Central Point, Grants Pass, and throughout Jackson and Josephine Counties. From supporting affordable housing and youth sports to contributing to STEM education, workforce development, and local fundraising events, we invest our time and resources into programs that create meaningful, lasting impact.
Outlier Construction reached the 1,000 follower milestone, and to celebrate, donated $1,000 to Community Works in support of Dunn House Shelter which is helping provide safety, shelter, advocacy, and hope for adults and children in our Southern Oregon community.
Outlier sponsored the South Medford Design-Build Team at the National 2026 CEIF Competition.
Ashland High School Valedictorian, Luke Hogan-Laurenson and his mom, Jane, stopped by the Outlier office with thank-you cards for our team after we were able to partner with United Way of Jackson County and Daily & Sons Excavation to build and donate his new accessible room ramp.
Outlier was glad to host the Rogue Workforce Partnership’s quarterly Rogue Construction Sector Partnership meeting and connect with other local industry leaders about workforce development, training, and the future of construction in Southern Oregon.
Outlier was excited to support the hardworking youth of our community by purchasing 4-H and FFA market steers and hogs at the 2026 Jackson County Fair Jackson County 4-H Oregon Junior Livestock Auction in partnership with Cerakote -NIC Industries, Grange Co-op, Seven Feathers Casino Resort, K-Bar Ranches Corp. Central Point, Quality Fence Co, All American Foundation Solutions, All Phaze Electric, C&S Rentals, and the Snow Family.
