‘Behlen Building of the Year’, this new construction steel structural build is a 61,250 SF Design-Build project that included concrete foundation and site work. This large-scale metal building was completed on a fast-track timeline. The Outlier team coordinated jurisdictions with Jackson County, including DEQ, Rogue Valley Sanitation and Sewage, Medford Water District, Pacific Power, and Avista Utilities.
