The Linde Gas New Lab Building is a specialized, ground up laboratory facility located in White City, Oregon, designed to support advanced research and development for Linde Electronics & Specialty Gases. The project includes the construction of a new laboratory and clean room building, purpose built to meet the rigorous technical, safety, and operational requirements of a modern industrial lab environment. 

The facility features a concrete foundation and CMU structure, with integrated clean room spaces, airlock and vestibule areas, and dedicated laboratory support rooms. The building is designed to accommodate sensitive processes while maintaining strict environmental control, safety, and compliance standards required for specialty gas and electronics applications.

Outlier Construction is serving as the general contractor for the Linde Gas New Lab Building, working in close coordination with the owner, engineers, and specialty trade partners to deliver a highly technical facility with precision and care. The project emphasizes disciplined planning, quality execution, and a strong focus on safety, recognizing the complexity and operational importance of the space being delivered.
