Outlier hard bid this project and was selected by the owner to build out this 16,000 SF commercial complex, which houses the Asante Walk-in Clinic, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Mod Pizza, and SportClips. Outlier was able to save the owner money along the way through value engineering and working closely with the design team. The owner has rewarded Outlier with negotiating all TI build outs and is in design on several upcoming projects.
