Outlier hard bid this project and was selected by Lithia to build their new 24,000 SF dealership in Klamath Falls. The project bid amounts were over what the owner wanted to spend; Outlier worked with the owner to value engineer the project to keep the same design intent but to get it into their budget. The building has a showroom, lounge, offices, business development center, service writer’s area, oil change, shop, and wash bays.
