The hard bid project consisted of a complete remodel of an existing 10,034 SF building. The project created new breakrooms, office space, entry way, meeting areas and a gathering space. Owner and Builder worked closely with design team to create a unique and employee centric workspace. New finishes were added throughout, lighting and flooring were removed and redesigned.
