The hard bid project consisted of a complete remodel of an existing 5,000 SF building. The project created new courtrooms, office space, entry way, meeting areas and a gathering space. Owner and Builder worked closely with design team to create an efficient layout . New finishes were added throughout, lighting and flooring were removed and redesigned.
