Outlier Construction was selected by the owner to design-build their 22,500 SF Class A office building project. This construction project was budgeted a year in advance and came in under the owner’s tight budget through thoughtful design and construction choices. In addition, Outlier was then able to credit the owner back money after the job was complete with value engineering throughout the project. Above all, this construction project was completed one month early on a tight schedule.

Lithia Toyota

Outlier hard bid this Southern Oregon construction project and was selected by Lithia to build their new 24,000 SF dealership in Klamath Falls. The project bid amounts were over what the owner wanted to spend. Therefore, Outlier worked with the owner to value engineer the project to keep the same design intent but to get it into their budget. The building has a showroom, lounge, offices, business development center, service writer’s area, oil change, shop, and wash bays.

Southside Center

Outlier hard bid this Southern Oregon project and was selected by the owner to build out this 16,000 SF commercial complex. This complex houses the Asante Walk-in Clinic, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Mod Pizza, and SportClips. Above all, Outlier was able to save the owner money along the way through value engineering and working with the design team. In conclusion, the owner has rewarded Outlier with negotiating all TI build-outs and is in design on several upcoming projects.
