Park Square Apartments

The Outlier team was selected to Design Build the Park Square Apartments in Ashland. These are the first new apartments built in Ashland in 30 years. The project consisted of 60 units contained in 3 separate buildings plus a freestanding laundry facility. The project was built on a steep grade, in a residential neighborhood making scheduling and phased construction a critical part of the success of this project.
