Born and raised in the Rogue Valley, Robb’s local roots run deep. After earning his business degree from Oregon State University, Robb spent several years in Austin, TX, where he worked for Indymac Bank as a mortgage account executive. He returned to Southern Oregon almost a decade ago to focus on his career as a general contractor. Robb has experience serving as the lead estimator and manager for some of the largest corporate clients in Southern Oregon, including Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, Lithia Motors, Butler Auto Group and People’s Bank. The experience and knowledge he’s acquired over the past ten years has been invaluable. His skillset has been well honed over this period, and includes conceptual budgeting, cost estimating, cost savings alternatives during design (design build) and GMP development. Robb also has his real estate broker’s license through Remax Platinum for commercial, residential buildings and land acquisitions. His combined knowledge of construction and real estate help make him a uniquely qualified resource for anyone interested in building and development.
At home, Robb is known as “dad” to two wonderful, busy boys, and has been married to his wife Maggie for six years. Since choosing to raise his family in Southern Oregon, Robb has dedicated lots of time and energy to local nonprofit organizations, while also building relationships with many members of the community. He currently serves as Board Chair and Vice-Chair for two different charitable organizations, and is committed to serving his community. Robb feels fortunate to call the Rogue Valley home, and has a genuine passion for the area and its potential.
Growth is imminent for this part of the state, but successful growth requires the right builder. Robb and the team at Outlier Construction bring an unparalleled mix of knowledge, experience and homegrown integrity in order to provide the best team to develop and build an even better Southern Oregon.
